To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Ford Motor Company, Ford introduced the Golden Jubilee in January of 1953. The redesigned styling gave Ford a bold new look for the 50's. The Jubilee was larger than the model 8N Ford and featured a more powerful, overhead valve, four-cylinder engine. The new "Live-Action" hydraulic system offered many advantages and provided constant hydraulic power whenever the engine was operating. With a four-speed transmission, adjustable front and rear tread, and improved control of the popular three-point hitch, the Jubilee soon became a welcome asset on farms across America. This tractor was manufactured for two years and was known as the Model NAA in 1954. It was the forerunner of a new line of Ford tractors and is highly valued by collectors today.
