Farmall Model 560 1958-1963 (14"x17")

During the 1950s, American farms were increasing in size, creating a demand for tractors with more power. International Harvester responded with the introduction of the Farmall Model 560 in 1958. It featured a big six-cylinder engine available in gasoline, LPG, and diesel models. All engines produced power in the 60hp class, giving the 560 a full five-bottom plow rating. Farmers liked the smooth power of the six-cylinder engine, the Hydra-Touch hydraulic control system, new rack-and-pinion power steering and the exclusive Torque Amplifier. The "TA" system provided ten forward speeds and could be shifted on-the-go, at any time, in any gear. This tractor offered the horsepower, hydraulic control and operator comfort features to make the Farmall 560 one of the best selling and most popular tractors of it's time. Production ended in 1963.
